Awkward, a series of MTV has been the best performers last season in the U.S. now finally landed in Spain where you can see from next Wednesday February 8 from 22:00.

While MTV Spain has managed to capture a good audience thanks to reality TV formats such as "Teen Mom" or spaces as "MTV Tuning", stereo also has the power to have shows like " Misfits "that work well or now "Awkaward".

"Awkward", the new commitment of MTV Spain:

  • "The girl invisible" will carry the title "Awkward" on MTV Spain since the series we have to say, focuses on a young high school student named Jenna and a fairly prodigious mind seems to be an invisible person for the rest of those around her, until the time when an accident put on everyone's lips.
  • Ashley Rickards (actress we've seen in "One Tree Hill") is the protagonist of the series giving life to the young Jenna, recounting his experiences in an online blog to the day when an unfortunate mishap makes everyone believe that attempted suicide.

  • In fact, the series begins the day after the accident occurs Jenna and thereafter will make their school life because everything that happens seems to always be related to a fact that many interpret a suicide attempt. Such as the fact that he is in love with the most popular kid in high school and that ignore it, so that some of his comañeros think they wanted to kill himself because of this.
  • His school friends, parents, teachers ... even their relationships, so everything will change insospechadotras the accident, although not necessarily for the better.
  • Narrated in first person through the curious blog entries Jenna suffered, she manages to capture with humor the crazy experiences that occur in those years of school. From his secret affair with the most popular kid from high school, until his daily struggle with the meanest girl passing by parents, who still fail to understand that Jenna did not intend to commit suicide.
  • Beau Mirchoff ("Desperate Housewives") Brett Davern ("Medium") and Jillian Rose Reed ("Weeds") s on others who participate in "Awkward" and surrounding the star of the series, although the young protagonist despite his young age know how to take the frames in all fiction.

It must be said that MTV is more than happy with the results for the first season of "Awkward" and already preparing what will be his second season.

I leave you now promo for "Awkward" now you will see on MTV Spain:
