The ACB applied new rules this season

The basketball's international release. The ACB applied from this season that FIBA rules had forced them to set a deadline in 2010.

First of all, and it comes on stage, I would criticize the FIBA again for permission, in an international tournament, with violations of the U.S. team. STEPS is not considered steps if a player falls and slides across the floor with the ball out, but if it rolls or is rising.

SEMICIRCULAR: This is the rule most interesting of all applications.
