David Stern can not reach an agreement or with himself. As soon says a franchise NBA across the pond is impossible, as they will think in a decade.

According to ESPN, David Stern is considering creating a five-team division in Europe within the next decade. After seven hours flight from the East Coast to Europe, it seems a lot of sacrifice to make a tour of the old continent.

But there is the possibility that the next franchise to be in American territory, where Seattle wins by a landslide, 25 journalists from ESPN asked. Here is a list of candidate cities, according to journalists, to accommodate a future NBA team.

1. Seattle (14 votes). It has been an NBA city since 1967, has 4 million inhabitants and the Bill and Melinda Gates are next. However, Seattle did not get permission until 2013.

2. Las Vegas (9 votes): According to ESPN, the support of Charles Barkley can be both good and counterproductive. According to David Stern: "We want Las Vegas is a great sports market." Remember two years ago was played there on AllStar.

3. London (4 votes): Vince Carter was recently advertising the youth programs in the NBA and WNBA. But have you ever seen England in an international tournament?

These are the three cities with the most votes. After Berlin appears, with 3, the same as Kansas City, another Yankee town. Athens would be another possible candidate, along with Madrid, who considered the second most powerful nation in basketball (the world's gold and the great match against USA in the Olympic final is shown). The ACB is a strong incentive too. One of the cons, amusing them, is that players become too "big" after visiting the Museum of Ham.
