Sebastian Telfair, the basis of the Minnesota Timberwolves has been suspended by the NBA for three games for pleading guilty as illegal carrying of a firearm. The base was arrested in April 2007, while still being a player in Boston Celtics, for carrying a loaded firearm in his car.

Then Sebastian Telfair was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves (Kevin Garnett went to Boston in the transaction) and the base had a year without incident, but the accounts of justice are never forgotten, and Sebastian Telfair will miss the first three games of his team, against Sacramento, Dallas and Oklahoma Thunder.

Sebastian Telfair came to the NBA in 2004, selected by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 13th. In the first two seasons as the Blazers, averaging good numbers, but in the summer of 2006 was traded along with Theo Ratliff to Boston Celtics. He did not play too well in the summer of 2007 was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the transfer which took a starring Kevin Garnett.

Moreover, Sam Cassell may start the year and not as a Boston Celtics player, but as assistant coach. But that remains to be seen.
