David Thorpe, ESPN, has produced a list of the Top 10 rookies and the top 10 of the sophomores. In the All-Rookie, Marc Gasol is better placed than the number 1 draft pick this year, Derrick Rose.

It really is a Top 50 that will be updated throughout the season to see what rookies are the best and which to disappoint. There will also be the same with the sophomores, who are led by Kevin Durant, how could it be otherwise. An old acquaintance of the ACB, Luis Scola, is third in that classification.

But let the rookies, as the experts only have the previous path and the preseason games to make the list. The leading partner of Rudy Fernandez and Sergio Rodriguez Portland Trail Blazers, Greg Oden. They hoped that once it is fully recovered and can reach a good rhythm game, Greg Oden will be unstoppable. Michael Beasley, the choice of the Miami Heat, is in second position. The controversial player (or so we've been saying) is the leading candidate for rookie of the year award.

And then we got to third, where is Marc Gasol. Rave is for Spanish. Record, rebounding, has a vision of the game, he succeeds in passing and defending well, besides having experience in Spain playing at a high level (the Americans and we are very sensitive after the Olympics).

Derrick Rose appears at number 6, as there is much basis for Chicago and not enjoy as many minutes. Just after him at the 7, we have to also Spanish Rudy Fernandez, where they state that in their second preseason game scored 15 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists, 6 steals ... and 6 losses. Even discussed the possibility of starting play.
