In second place is Germany, runner-up, which is up from last month because, to the detriment of Italy, which fell to third place. Netherlands reached fourth place as Brazil, which is second in the race for qualification for the world in South America, behind Paraguay, closes the Top 5.

One post below is Argentina, third in the race for the 2010 World Cup South America, ahead of Croatia, Russia and the Czech Republic. At number 10 and 11 are tied Portugal and England, which has served the British to announce to the world as we read in The Independet, returning to be among the 10 best teams in the world.

The remaining selections until the number 20 are:

12. France
13. Turkey
14. Cameroon
15. Israel
16. Bulgaria
17. Paraguay
18. Greece
19. Romania
20. Ukraine.

Surprisingly long overdue position of Paraguay, who with 7 wins in 10 games quietly leads the South American qualifying for the 2010 World Cup.
