Feliciano Lopez and Fernando Verdasco won the couple Argentina's David Nalbandian and Agustin Calleri in four sets (5-7, 7-5, 7-6, 6-3) matched in a game in which the Spanish had trouble finding rhythm and then had some problems that almost cost him a set.

The Davis Cup is left at the end of the second day at 2-1. There is an unwritten rule that says that whoever wins the doubles wins the round. We'll see if tomorrow will be. For the moment, Fernando and Feliciano did suffer the Spanish public who poked his head on the track of Mar de Plata, in the middle of a festive atmosphere that had to send Argentine mute the chair umpire several times. You could see the discomfort of Spanish players (we must not forget that when playing in Spain also have to send silent). The fact is that Fernando Verdasco took him into a rhythm, but later achieved great deeds. Feliciano Lopez is painted to be the hero of this Davis if Spain finally manages to win.

Scarcely had breaks in the first two sets (both of which entailed the triumph of each team), but by the third Spain enjoyed a 5-1 lead, that somehow tie left a 5 to reach the tiebreaker. And the fourth set was the same suit, although a reversal of a voleón Fernando Verdasco David Nalbandian was virtually the climax of the match. Feliciano Lopez won the Match Point the fourth attempt.

Tomorrow will decide who gets the bowl. Argentina must win both games. Spain, just one.
