He who is called to be the turning point in the Canadian franchise of the Toronto Raptors, Jermaine O'Neal, fell injured in Friday's game on a play with Sean Williams, who was banned for unsportsmanlike.

Jermaine O'Neal - Raptors 01

One of the doubts about Jermaine O'Neal to the Raptors reach was whether his knee injury would allow him to perform at the highest level. So far he had not been disturbed, but on Friday, in a leap, Sean Williams, Nets pulled his jersey and the player fell badly on the ground, twisting his knee. The power forward could yet pull the two free throws (both the failed) and go on their own feet, while the whole stadium cheering him.

For now, the club has said it will not make statements on the status of Jermaine O'Neal, so do not know if the injury is of serious or not.

In recent seasons, Jermaine O'Neal has missed 38, 31, 12 and 40 games respectively, although some must be removed due to their involvement in the terrible fight that was formed on the court for the Pistons, Auburn Hills, 2004.

Bad news for a Raptors who started the season fantastically but have been slowly deflating, dropping a 6-6 to eighth place in the Eastern Conference.
