If you already have previously talked about two specific aquatic activities such as snorkeling and diving can speak now undoubtedly the aquatic activity par excellence, namely: swimming.

Who has not ever practiced the sport whether for fun or their benefición for our body? It means that obviously the man has had to adapt to the environment forever, so even though we spend most of our time ashore and walking, the fact is we have to bear in mind that the planet's surface is formed by three quarters of water so they understand the importance and necessity of humans to adapt to a medium such as water.

In fact, swimming itself is considered a sport for centuries and can also distinguish in various swimming especialades such as the Synchro-free, butterfly, breaststroke or back.

The most common practice is when swimming freestyle. The rest would be highly competitive as it requires different kinds of specific movements such as swimming on his back (in the backstroke), swimming in symmetry on both sides of the body (butterfly) or with force in the chest (breast stroke where the two arms move in unison into and out of water).

Swimming is well and as we have said one of the best sports in all kinds of physical ailments as they can help in muscle injury and back and even heart.
