Summer 2009: Ideas for sport

Good temperatures last week made us remember that summer is just around the corner and what better way to enjoy the beautiful weather that practicing sport and curándonos in health.

How many times have you looked enviously at those surfers who take street girls? Would not you like to learn to surf? Why not try? Never too late to try and emulate the great Oscar Rodriguez, a pioneer in terms of crazy maneuvers on a surfboard is concerned. Furthermore, we find many Internet companies that will offer us surf lessons. It's as easy as searching the most satisfying us!

If you like the beach but you can not find the grace to surf or fear that the arrival of a shark to Bethany Hamilton, you can make easy sport of all but gives amazing results: jogging along the beach. There is nothing better than to practice first thing in the morning or late afternoon when no one will disturb us, to the sea. And if you prefer team play, why fans do not beach volleyball?

Perhaps you prefer hiking or think that it is time to begin to delve into the world of mountaineering (for we are well supplied both in Spain). Do not you think it's time to dust off your Mountain Bike? But then, in summer the last thing we want is out of the water, the last remnant of freshness that leaves our Astro Rey, commonly referred to by the respectable Lorenzo. So we try to take some lessons canoeing or simply improve our techniques of swimming (for surely we are not a butterfly expert, right?)

What is clear is that summer is the best time for sports because it is the season where we have more free time where we can enjoy more time in sunlight, so do not let this opportunity pass and ... get fit! Now then, as always, caution, and not perform exercise in the middle of the day.
