Now that Rafa Nadal is number 1, many people have more so fond of racquet sports, that in a few years ago Pete Sampras dominated, and that is a professional sport since 1926, although there was created by the nineteenth century.

180px-Tennis_court_metric.svg This is a tennis court with its dimensions. The method of play is simple. When playing one on one, the player must be removed from behind the baseline, heeled to one side, and to get the ball must bounce in the inner square opposite to the side from which he draws from the opposite track. That is, if the player gets is down to the right, the ball must bounce (in the four squares in the middle) in the upper left. The other player must return the ball, always tapping his racket to the opposing boat (the two edges parallel areas do not have one-on-one), so until I finish the point.

The point ends when a player throws the ball out of bounds of the track, when not move the ball to another field or when the ball gets hit in less than two boats (one of them at least within their field ). On these three occasions the player loses the point. The two areas pararalelas there at the edges, both the left and right, not unless an extension of the field when playing doubles, ie two players per team. The rest of the rules is exactly the same.

The ball may hit the net and still be a blow valid as long as get through to the opposite field. For propriety, players tend to apologize to his opponent. Also, when a player gets a direct point of serve is called ace. There are points which have special mention, as the break point (break of serve, is the point that gives the game for the player receiving the serve), set point (a point which gives won the set) and match point (a point which gives cattle the game).

The score of each game follows the following pattern: 0-15-30-40-won. That is, if a player wins two points and another three, the score will be, in that game, 30-40. We have to win two points. That is, if they are 40-40 (deuce), the player who wins the next point will not win the game, if not to take advantage, and only if it wins the next win the game.

Same goes with the sets. A set consists of 6 games, and a player wins the set when it reaches those 6 games, unless they reach 5-5, then you have to get to 7-5. In tournaments, usually, if given the result of playing a 6-6 tie-break, a game that is scored in the normal mode (1-0, 1-1, and so on), until someone gets 7 points difference of 2.

The parties to Jugan odd sets, either 3 or 5.
