The first Andalusian team that played in First Division, the Real Betis Balompié, back to hell after the completion of the second division last weekend in a day agony ended with a draw with Valladolid. In fact, it was the first team from Andalusia (and only, next to Seville, which would achieve much later) to be made with a league title, but since then it has rained much since. It was in 1935, although after the Civil War would come and everything desmonoraría, reaching the third division. Much more recently, Real Betis Balompié also went through what happens now, only this time accompanied him to his hell while the other team from the city of Seville, Seville, including Atletico Madrid, which is the only one of three would not raise the following year. First Betis climbed again in 2000-2001, qualifying for next year's UEFA Cup. It looked like a mirage, because a couple of years later would rise to the Copa del Rey and stepped back to his eternal enemy play Sevilla in the Champions League, becoming the first Andalusian team to do so. Unfortunately, the group touched was dominated by Chelsea and Liverpool. And after recent good years, came back lean times, a constant in Betis, playing the edge of the drop in the last few seasons until they finally confirmed in 2008-2009 his descent into the Second Division. Another huge rebuke to the Betis fans, ever faithful to the team, which is about as over the enemy club Sevilla, curdles success in Primera (next year will play the Champions League). Institutional crisis brewing starring Manuel Ruiz de Lopera, which can undermine the aspirations to rise next season, but this is a team that know how to fight and is probably in positions of promotion next season.
