Meliá Golf V Circuit: First meeting

On 7 April began the Meliá Golf V circuit in the field south of the Spanish Riding Cociedad Real Club de Campo.

At that time, the game mode is chosen the individual stableford, in which the winner is the player who gets the highest score, and benefits to players with higher handicaps.

The day started at 8 with a welcome for participants at a breakfast at the beginning of the course. Subsequently, participants were divided into groups of 3 or 4 people per hole, for, at 9 o'clock, as marked the shotgun start marking the start of the competition.

The field of this time was difficult, with many slopes and obstacles that complicate the game of the participants, especially if this is the first time.

Until the ceremony which took place that night no one knew who had been the winners. The Meliá Fénix was chosen to accommodate golfers and other guests at the awards ceremony.

However, not only the victors were a bonus, the organizers did not want to forget the non-winners who were rewarded with trips and sports equipment.

This day's event ended with an official toast supposed to that day, but the beginning of the circuit, whose next meeting will take place on 19 May at the Forest Golf Club in Valencia, Levante.
