Russia hosts the World Cup 2018 and Qatar in 2022

Joseph Blatter announced by FIFA President.

Russia and Qatar will host a World Cup for the first time in its history. The decision was taken by the 22 members of FIFA's executive committee. Spain and Portugal opted to be winners as well as Belgium, Holland, and England.

Before the FIFA decision result, Miguel Angel Lopez has said that FIFA has taken this decision because football is seeking to open new horizons.

Among the nominations for the 2018 World Cup was that of Spain-Portugal

• As well as Belgium, Holland and England.

• Miguel Angel Lopez, director of the Hispano-Lusa candidacy, as he hoped all candidates and more at the early phase of England who had a great candidate.
• At the end of the candidacy of Spain and Portugal did not reach the third round.

Both Russia and Qatar will demonstrate the best infrastructure to host the World Cup in 2018 and 2022.
