The global economic crisis now engulfing much of what we believe, or what have us believe. In all disciplines feel the effects of a devastating global recession, and of course, football could not be left out.

In Argentina, it was the turn of suffering such economic shocks to the DFA (Department of Education Arbitration). The agency, led by Horacio Elizondo, former international referee who led the world in Germany end of '06, began to lay off staff and cut the budget.

From now on, the referees did not focus more on the campus of the Argentine Football Association, and the videos that were used as a key tool to see the performance of referees shall be left to do.

If the level of arbitration was bad, with these measures will certainly be worse, though such mediocrity is difficult to overcome.
