Ecuador and Uruguay to collect three vital points

In the fight for fourth and fifth place in the South American qualifying for the World Cup 2010 Ecuador and Uruguay got two wins now very important to keep them alive. The Ecuadorean joint fourth place momentarily lashed the Argentina National Team, while Uruguay is located at a point in the set albiceleste, which ranks fifth.

In the first game of Wednesday Ecuador beat Bolivia, as a visitor at the altitude of La Paz for 3 to 1. Uruguayans won a great victory by 3 to 1, with goals from Suarez, Scotti and Eguren. Martinez Jackson had scored the equalizer for the visitors transient. With this victory, the sky are made an item on the fifth place, while Colombia, who came within two points, missed an important chance to become owner of the ticket for the repechage.
