Fourth installment of this series of specials on Latinos to participate in the Champions League. Toca shift in group D, one of the most closed of the entire championship. This squad is led by the powerful Abrahimovic Chelsea and will be escorted by a Latinized Porto and an unpredictable Atletico Madrid. The fourth place is the youngest APOEL Nicosia Cyprus, with few possibilities but can give a shock to any would-be second round. Let's look at the templates.

Chelsea

Paradoxically, one of the most cosmopiltas forms around Europe has very few representatives of Latin America. Just a couple of Brazilians complement the picture of Carlo Ancelotti, both in the back. In the center is the burly Alex, with international canarinha 17 times. PSV come from the Netherlands, the tank has alternated with the bank, but had an outstanding participation last season following an injury to Ricardo Carvalho. The other Amazonian in London on the side table Juliano Belletti, better known as the Hero of Paris, a nickname earned after scoring the goal that gave the Champions League to Barcelona when he was active in the club FC Barcelona.

Oporto

Radamel_Falcao

Contrary to your group, Porto has built its recent success in incorporating them in Latin America. After the departure of important pieces such as Lisandro Lopez, the Portuguese club has been strengthened by high-profile Latin. Forward highlights the Colombian striker Radamel Falcao, who arrives proviniente River Plate. Other coffee that accompanies it is the right midfielder Freddy Guarin, under usual selections of their country. Argentina provides a good number of players, highlighting the playmaker Fernando Bellushi, newly transferred from Olimpiacos; midfielder Diego Valeri, on loan from the Lanús; midfielder Mariano Gonzalez, a member of the albiceleste that won gold at Athens 2004, the wheel Tomás Costa, a former player of Rosario Central Prediguer Sebastian pin, new signing to the Colón de Santa Fé, and striker Ernesto Farias, who joined Portuguese club after breaking his pre-contract with the Mexican Toluca.

As if that were needed most, are the Uruguayan Jorge Fucile, who serves as a winger for interchangeably, Alvaro Pereira, midfielder signed from CFR Cluj Romania, and the left end Cristian Rodriguez, one of the revelations of last season offensive. In addition, four Brazilians rounded template: goalkeeper Helton, acceptable level but a little insecure defender Maicon Pereira, profiling Nacional Madeira, the Defensive Midfielder Fernando, which makes an effective mancuera with Portuguese Meireiles Raul and striker Hulk, considered by UEFA in 2008 as one of 10 rising stars to follow. Do they need more representatives from Latin America?

Atletico Madrid

Kun Forlan

Two cracks in Latin America with its own light shine at the Vicente Calderon. Hard to tell which one is more important than the other in a pair of dynamite. Diego Forlan is one of the most lethal strikers in the world, and currently holds the top scorer and the Golden Boot His partner, Sergio Aguero, is a destabilizing young striker, capable of solving a game in a single burst of inspiration. Four more rounded Latino staff. In the defense is the Colombian Luis Perea, center recently been signed in 2004 to less, and the Uruguayan youth Leandro Cabrera, just 18 years and recently signed from Sporting Defensor. In midfield we find Cleber Santana, Brazilian containment through highly criticized for his constant blunders, and midfielder Maxi Rodriguez, one of the captains of the team and part of the Fantastic Four mattress club (Forlan - Aguero - Maxi - Simao).

APOEL Nicosia

Jean Paulista APOEL

The club of the Cypriot capital base your template on players, and additions to the counts are mostly Greek and Portuguese. The exception is the Amazon Latin America Jean Paulista player who plays as a striker or attacking midfielder. The Brazilian striker almost made his career in the Portuguese league, where he emigrated to Wisla Krakow. The Cypriot club signed him for the Polish entity after recording 12 goals in 69 games.
