CR Brasil

The fate (or rather, the scheduling of the tournament) has willed that the Latin American fratricide occur in the instance of the semifinals. Costa Rica and Brazil will face off in pursuit of reaching the final, Under-20 World Cup. The best of Conmebol turning to the best of Concacaf. Both teams met in the first round match that ended in a tremendous goliza (5 - 0) of the Amazon on the red. Both won their classification in a way diametrically opposite as Brazil finished first in the group, while Costa Rica scratched the ticket as one of the best third places.

In second round, the story was different. The Brazilians took charge of the tournament to take the Uruguayan squad, while the Costa Ricans gave the bell to eliminate the host Egypt. They reached the quarter finals. Brazil is crossed with the powerful Germany, which managed to settle in extra time. For its part, Costa Rica faced other disclosures, UAE, and with a goal in extremis Marcos Urena won a historic qualification to the semifinals.

It is difficult to forecast this game, although I think the Cinderella story will end. Costa Rica has already proven a lot to get to the semifinals, and its main characteristic is that it has nothing to lose. Brazil comes a little more pressure, noted (along with Ghana) as the natural candidate for the title. I do not think that 5 - 0 of the first round is repeated, or that even resembles the marker. No, this game will be different, with the added ingredient that both teams are already known. Will we see another miracle tico Or will the Brazilian hegemony?
