¿Matthäus a Racing?

As odd as it sounds, seems to be serious: Lothar Matthaus is the top candidate to be the diver DT de Racing Club de Avellaneda. Racinguista leaders are in talks with the symbol of the German team of the decades of the '80s and ' 90, an offensive profile coach but with little experience, and a logical lack of Argentinian football.

The incorporation of Matthäus would replace the recently appointed Juan Barbas, who would join the new coaching staff as aide de camp, since he speaks Italian and could serve as interpreter at the German DT. The option becomes viable Matthäus, among other things, for far less money than requested Miguel Angel Russo, Jose Pekerman, Edgardo Bauza and the other candidates were being handled.
