The football world is mourning. Robert Enke, goalkeeper of Hanover and the German team, has taken his own life by jumping to the tracks. The goalkeeper, who a few years ago lost his daughter by a heart condition, was plunged into a deep depression which resulted in this regrettable incident. The strike has affected everyone on the staff of the Mannschaft, and immediately, the German Football Federation contacted the Chilean to stay friendly between two teams, the date scheduled for FIFA.

I was surprised to find some notes (as in this the mark]) Internatūros comments offended by the cancellation of the match. And when such tragedies happen, a soccer match loses all relevance. I know it must be frustrating for Chilean fans who made the trip to watch his team, but we must understand the situation. As stated by the Chilean Federation, the Red would have done the same in this case.

It is always regrettable to have to give this kind of news. Partners Enke as Michael Ballack (whom he knew from age 13) and Christoher Mertesacker, have been devastated by the event. So if any of the suspension contravened by reading these words, I ask you to understand that the intentional death of a friend is bigger than a football game. Stop the ball this time. Rest in peace, Robert Enke.
