Brazil and Chile closed the year with victories

In the last friendly of the year, Brazil and Chile faced the choices of Oman and Slovakia respectively. Both won their matches selected and closed a year with positive balances, among other things, they got the ticket to South Africa 2010.

Brazil, after their victory against England, was faced with the weak selection of Oman at Muscat Stadium Muscat. Playing at half speed, the verdeamarhela won 2 to 0 with goals from Nilmar and Al Ghailani against. The Omani was selected to play some interesting movements of backlash, but could do little against the might of Brazil.

Chile, meanwhile, visited the city of Zilina to be measured against Slovakia. And led by Marcelo Bielsa did not disappoint, beating the homeowner 2 to 1, with goals from Jara and Walls. Sestak had tied temporarily to the premises. Good test for Chileans, with a selection that also will attend the next World Cup.
