Chile is in danger of not attending the World Cup in South Africa extracancha problems. After signing a sensational qualifying hand of Marcelo Bielsa, the Red could miss the World Cup by an irregular situation in the local tournament. The outrage came when the Rangers club filed suit in court to appeal against the deduction of three points that the Chilean Federation imposed as punishment for improper alignment of six foreigners. This reduction would send Rangers to the second division, however, after claiming in court, the court ordered the suspension of the semi-finals of the Clausura.

FIFA has not welcomed the intrusion of government agencies in football, as Chile has threatened to disenroll if Rangers did not drop the suit. The governing body has given a deadline of 3 December to remove the charges. Failure to obey the order, the Chilean Federation would automatically be defied, so the team would be unable to play Andean World Cup. "What may happen here is that FIFA may unsubscribe to the Soccer Federation. Well, if Rangers did not withdraw its history of justice are going to ask that the disaffiliated, because FIFA disaffiliated not a club, "said Harold Mayne-Nicholls, president of the Chilean Federation.

We know that FIFA does not tempt the heart in such situations. A few days ago, the agency withdrew to Iraq the right to participate in any football competition, at club and national teams. Hopefully Rangers withdraw the lawsuit and does not compromise the future of a selection, which, undoubtedly, is called to be one of the leaders of the most important football tournament in the world.
