We are all shocked by the earthquake of Haiti, which hit the Caribbean nation of humble life and killed thousands. As usual in such cases, a flood of attempts to alleviate a little solidarity the havoc that caused the tragedy. So, having a little license, I want to comment on the various initiatives that football clubs are being taken to help Haiti. In Argentina, River, through the program "River Solidario", received in the Monumental mineral water, milk powder and diapers. To contact the club is available This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it address. UNAM Pumas give free tickets to fans who bring staples. Food and water are the priorities established by the Mexican Embassy in Haiti. Another Mexican club, America, will donate part of the proceeds of the match on Sunday against St. Louis. Chivas USA has scored and is collaborating with the meetings of "Hope for Haiti," taking place in southern California. Donations are accepted in cash or by checks. If located in the zone, I leave the contact information Trujillanos of Venezuela receive gifts in their stadium on Sunday. Again, non-perishable food are the priority. These are just some of the many campaigns being conducted around the tragedy of Haiti. I invite you to comment on whether they are aware of any for inclusion in the post.
