This morning was the first day of the 2008 NBA Playoffs, and we had the opportunity to experience the intensity and excitement of the playoffs.

Phoenix Suns 115 to 117 San Antonio Spurs

Exciting game on last night lived in Texas from Phoenix and San Antonio. They came to the two extensions, a prelude to what will happen in the remaining games of the series. Last year there were more than words in these crosses.

In a very good second part of the Suns, won the handicap go up 8 points at which they went to rest and 15 seconds left Michael Finley scored a triple that forced the first overtime of the playoffs 2008.

In the first overtime Steve Nash is out. All points of Phoenix came of it, either scoring (7 points) or dispersed assists (2). A one minute to finish the Suns dominated 104-99. Duncan had to go 35 points and Amare Stoudamire lost the ball in the absence of 40 finished second to the end.

He is indemnified by stealing the ball from Tim Duncan, but then fouled the Spurs offense and ball rebounded in the absence of 12 seconds. When there were 3 to end, Tim Duncan scored a triple (not got one from 2 years ago) and draw beginning another extension to 104.

The second was the Sursa which took the lead, but Nash did not let them escape on the scoreboard. His was the triple that put the 115-115 on the scoreboard, but in the absence of a second to conclude the match, Manu Ginobili scored a basket of 2 and gave the victory to San Antonio.

Phoenix Suns from 0 to 1 San Antonio. This series will give much to discuss.

Utah Jazz 93 - Houston Rockets 82 (1-0)

The first 'theft' field factor is lived in Houston. Utah Jazz was always ahead on the scoreboard thanks to Carlos Boozer (20 points and 16 assists), Andrei Kirilenko (21 points), Deron Williams (20 points) and Kyle Korver (11 points off the bench).

The team led by McGrady had a dismal success rate (36%), one of his problems in the regular season, and succumbed despite 22 points from Battier, McGrady, 20 and 14 with 13 rebounds from Luis Scola.

Washington Wizards 86-93 Cleveland Cavaliers (0-1)

Cleveland rallied from the hand of a great LeBron James, but Washington showed that they can do with them leaving them better. Caron Butler was Fallon in the triples, but Antawn Jamison (23 points and 19 rebounds) and Gilbert Arenas (24 points) were in their line. Gilbert only played 27 minutes off the bench. Still not 100 by 100. See what happens in the following matches.

LeBron James scored 32 points and was well supported by Zydrunas Ilgauskas (22 points and 11 rebounds).

Dallas Mavericks 92-104 New Orleans Hornets (0-1)

They started sending the Mavs to the rest, with 11 point lead, but a stunning third quarter of the Hornets (20-36) dropped them smoke and were finished off in the fourth quarter. Dallas took Dirk Nowitzki (and not) to their best man with 31 points and Jason Kidd fell just one rebound and one assist to achieve another triple-double.

Chris Paul did what he had to do. 35 points and 10 assists. Words fail us. The rest of the team supported him enough and took the victory.
