Jorge Garbajosa will not go to the Beijing Olympics

Toronto Raptors Jorge Garbajosa will not play for the Spanish Olympic Games in Beijing.

The decision is entirely logical Collangello by Bryan, General Manager of the Canadian franchise. And is that many people think that Garbajosa did not even have to have played the Madrid European. Yes Jorge Garbajosa is the best, if not the best in his position within the selection, but better health cure first and play later. Furthermore, excited people, young and with enormous talent will not fail to supply it. A quintet consisting of Kings, Gasol, Rudy Navarro and Calderon is just as frightening. Add it the luxury that we have reservations and make war that is what it is.

So, before railing against the Raptors, think a little. Understand their reasons for not allowing George to go. He would pay the Raptors and have already lost a year and much of another. Please let him go to be healthy I would be the first to complain, but given the circumstances I see it logical.

Seize the summer to recover, Jorge. You'll have more opportunities, and succeed in the Raptors. Meanwhile, you'll be the player number 13 (or 12 +1) of Spain in the Olympics.
