The Olympic Games begin on August 8 and end on 24. The training of the Argentina team will begin in early July. Speculating, Manu Ginobili expects to be in the big date. "Yesterday I said that in a week or ten days he would be ready," Nalbandian said. Manu Ginobili was injured early in the playoffs, but did not take very serious and continued to play. Already in the Western Conference Finals was over the injury and was guilty of incredibly bad performance of the Argentine in 4 of the 5 games they played against the Lakers. He went from scoring 21.3 points to 12.6 (and 12.6 those with 30 points of the third party). From San Antonio also show their support for the Argentine. Coach Gregg Popovich expects to defend the blue and white shirts at the Games, thus defending its championship title. Argentina was proclaimed 2004 Olympic champion, beating Italy 84-69. 'UNDAF' scored 16 points and 6 assists in that game. From espaciodeportes also confident that the best sixth man in the NBA may be in the big date. Via: Nba.com Image: Flickr.com
