Juan Carlos Navarro returns to Barcelona

The American tour of "La Bomba" Navarro has lasted less than expected. The point guard has decided to play for Barcelona next season.

An offer of a star, then charged more than any other player in the history of Barcelona, has opted for the balance of return to Spain to Juan Carlos Navarro, thus ending his playing career in the NBA.

The Memphis Grizzlies understand the decision to Juan Carlos Navarro, as the wage rate from now on they could not afford and grateful to have helped his cause. Recall that Navarro was among the best rookies of the year and reach nearly triple the record made by a player in their rookie years.

Navarro becomes the fourth player to return from American soil. Fernando Martin, Raul Lopez and Jorge Garbajosa (so this is not official) and they did at the time. The Memphis Grizzlies have the intention of reaching an agreement with Navarro to become a restricted free agent if he decided to return to the NBA, as is now with the Raptors Jose Calderon (should go to the Grizzlies if they improve or equal the supply of another club).

But the Grizzlies are not without Spanish on your computer, as announced by AS, Marc Gasol has signed for three seasons with the team. He becomes the ninth player in Spanish to make the jump (counting Rudy Fernandez).
