Market starts tomorrow in NBA Free Agents

After the rookie draft, which ended with Derrick Rose as the new number 1, this morning, the teams can negotiate with free agents.

What is a Free Agent? Free agents ( 'free agents') are the players who have completed their contracts with the teams to which they belonged and they can negotiate with any team. Then there are some players whose teams have first rights to negotiate a new contract with them, like Baron Davis, Gilbert Arenas, Allen Iverson and Ron Artest. They will not let their stars get away so easily.
