After taking a beating Portugal and one to Russia, the men of Aito Garcia Reneses faced Argentina in the Palacio de los Deportes de Madrid, in tribute to 70 years of sports daily MARCA. It began very well for all Spanish and rest earned by 15 points. Aito Garcia Reneses jugaodores proved to all, using a starting lineup that will have little or nothing to do with that used in games.

This quintet is comprised Felipe Reyes, Marc Gasol, Carlos Jimenez, Rudy Fernandez and Raul Lopez. The elder Gasol, Navarro and Calderon started from the bench. The latter ended up being the scorers with 18 points, Manu Ginóbili the same as that still is not 100%,

After renaudación, the combined Spanish wanted to make beautiful things and leaving trace was gradually coming to the end of the third quarter with eight points and with only ten minutes left. In the absence of just over two minutes to end the match that Spain won the 10, but Ginobili's two triples and two free throws left the scoring in only three of advantage for Spain, 87-85. In the absence of Carlos Jimenez 20 seconds put a great cap to Ginobili. Ricky Rubio scored two free throws that gave the peace of mind when there was little selection to complete. The youngster is more than ready to face the crucial moments of matches.

It is less to begin the Olympics. Argentina and Spain there are different groups, so that could cross even in the quarterfinals.
