Oteando Internet entered the digital edition of the New York Times and found that Americans, or at least the newspaper, they are already champions.

"Sometimes, the party that determines a gold medal does not end with the athletes standing proud on the podium and the national anthem playing in the stadium." So begins the article that tells the U.S. victory over Argentina , Suggesting that gold is already achieved and the final against Spain is a mere formality.

"With the U.S. playing the tournament as if it were the Globetrotters Harleem, it seemed that the last test that was left were the semifinals against Argentina (...) and ended with a comfortable 101-81."

"Now the Americans will play against Spain, whom we endorsed 37 points in the first phase." Clearly, America is the big favorite to win the final, but Americans should be somewhat less arrogant for two reasons:

1. They do not gain anything from the Olympics 2000. In 2002 Spain and defeated them.

2 º. Spain is the current world champion and runner-up in Europe.

Anyway, this arrogance us quite well. Too bad the bullying only has the New York Times ... and Carmelo Anthony. With Kobe Bryant on the team makes sure his teammates do not climb into the clouds and sends energy to play with.

The article ends with more war, "And while there is still a victory for the gold medal, this may have been the most serious test to be found.
