Neither iTunes nor in Spotify or anything that has to do with a method of digital music distribution. Angus Young said in an interview with Sky News that AC / DC only sell their music in traditional physical formats.
The position advocated by the guitarist is that the discs are an inseparable and therefore a person can buy an iTunes song in an album and one from another is, for him, an aberration. However, what really is an aberration is the stagnation in the past. Although his position is entirely respectable, at least the justification could have been a little more elaborate. Even with a simple "we do not need" would have been better than "we've always done well." And is that AC / DC is a band that, like most, live concerts. His most recent Black Ice Tour was ranked one of the most profitable tour in history , with over 440 million dollars (311 million) billed. That's why Angus Young can afford to say that his music never will be online, although the trend is exactly the opposite. But AC / DC, even if no record was never reissued, will go on collecting enough with his performances as to not worry about digital distribution. It's a shame because it is a decision that will affect future generations that will be used to listen to music online and that without official alternative, resort to illegal downloading to listen to "Highway To Hell" on his iPod. AC / DC, you see. Angus Young insists, AC / DC on iTunes will never be written in Cuchara Sonica 15 May, 2011 by C. Mueller
