Just last week we gave the first news of the new album by Cat Power , who, after an absence of six years, returned on 4 September with a new album titled Sun. However, it was just a few hours ago that we finally hear some new album, in the form of a video offered by her label , featuring Chan Marshall a very short hair spray painted gold, while background sounds "Ruin "one of the songs on this new production which also can be downloaded absolutely free from the official website of the artist or giving play to the player to listen: The first thing that leaps to the ear to hear this new song is that while melody is carried by the piano, has many elements of rock-pop very well grounded, gathered at a tremendous pace sticky and much happier than we have used to. It must be said that the singer produced and played almost the entire disk in various locations, including his studio in Malibu. The album was mixed by Philippe Zdar and will include 11 songs and a very nice home with a rainbow and a photo of Chan as a parent, you can see the image on this post.
