Today was a day to get up very early. Camilo Day vaccines. We had been warned he could get a fever, so part of the logistics including a visit last night to the pharmacy. Corilin tell us that is magical, almost like a potion out of a book of role. Armed with the potion +1, we gave about 8 drops, equivalent to about 0.25 ml. The doctor said to give him 0.60. But a lifetime hating drugs, something sticks in my mind as a parent.

Drops up, Cameron was ready for their shots. The famous pentavalent and polio ... We got the car, after driving 3:48 seconds to reach the destination. An ambulance which is about 5 blocks from the house. Camilo's grandparents had arrived early to save a job. Lest they were done with vaccines. In Venezuela it is a real worry. Everything is finished. Everything may die. And if not, we all think so. Even something as fundamental as the future of children, may die in this country for thousands and thousands of billions of barrels of oil.

Like any big event, the phones seemed to have its own life and taking more photos than the photos you took during your first 20 years of life. If you lived you were born in the 60s or 70s. A nurse tells us that there is a vaccine that is dead. Well, let's start the other. The mother did not want to look, inflexible nurse says that only a mother can have the baby, not the father. And you also have to watch, then do not say I did not put the vaccine or got sick.
Videos and pictures later, Camilo out of the office crying. We have been immunized against 6 diseases dangerous. We need one. I am happy that Connor has passed one of the toughest tests of his life (until now).

Returned home. A slight fever. More magic potion +1. Several diapers later falls asleep. My wife sees the king's speech. Camilo hopefully not stutter. We use modern ear thermometer, the temperature is 38. Because of the vaccine.

Night falls, Camilo eat several times a day, and oblivious to the tragedy of injections Camilo has smiled today as ever in two months (of life).
