Although I love this sauce never raised me prepare and I have to say that I have not yet done so to share the recipe for blogspot "9 months" but seeing this video of Doritos (which you can prepare the nachos with Dips ) entered whim me so, when I can, I'll get to work!

Ingredients

  • Half red pepper
  • Half a green pepper
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Evaporated milk or cream
  • 4-5 slices of chorizo
  • Olive oil
  • Dips or Nachos

Preparation

First we will chop all ingredients and reserve. Chop the chorizo into small squares, red pepper and green pepper.

Put a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat, when we see that it is hot add the two types of pepper and let it fry. Once we add the chorizo poached and stir until everything is cooked.

We pile with these ingredients in the center of the pan to crank up the cheese slices. It all together to prevent the cheese melts into the pan as it tostaría and not get the desired effect.

nachos vips

Once melting starts it's time to add the evaporated milk and place over low heat, there is no exact amount, as mothers would say is "what you go calling the dish". Initially put milk until it covers the bottom of the pan and then, as if watching go see is too thick add more.

The sauce is not quite liquid, rather it is creamy and somewhat thick. We'll know when we prepared the sauce when you can see the base without problems, so it is only to serve and enjoy.

As I try to make it tell you! If you prepare yourselves before, tell me to see if we make changes or save it for a panacea.

Where does the name of cap?, When does the tapas culture we know today? In this article we are going to learn symbolic reed what is behind this delicious dish of Spanish cuisine.

Before moving on to the past, I share with you this funny video on reeds and tapas, definitely a good way to start:

Origin of the "cap"

There are many theories that are the origin of this word, the one that caught my attention is that which relates to the etymology of this word with cigarette plug. Formerly and now this custom is still maintained in some places, they covered the cups or wine with ham tacos or bread to avoid dirty and lose quality.

Others say it began with a story starring Alfonso XIII when he traveled to Cadiz. He stopped at a sale close to the palace and asked for a glass of sherry, when the waiter put it realized he was approaching a windmill and the sand could be introduced into it, so running the waiter covered it with a slice of ham.

When the king was to drink the wine, he found that it was covered by the ham and asked what it was to what the waiter said "Forgive my boldness Majesty, I put a lid to keep out sand in the cup" . The king ate the slice of ham and ordered another sherry with other equally lid.

The culture of cover

We might think that this story is part of the beginning of the culture from the top, enjoy a little snack that accompanies a drink, but others relate to subsequent years in which the lid finally understood as a snack rather than a basic way to suppress hunger (time of the Spanish transition).

No one knows the true nature of the cover as a treat food, but I hope that these anecdotes and stories help you to imagine the beginning, to enjoy tapas even further.
