Vegetable Pudding

A pudding to present a different way legumes. Many times we do not know how to include the necessary vegetables on our plates.

These are the requirements for the "Pudding pulses"

- Ingredients (8 to 10 servings)

- For the dough:

  • 1 1 / 2 cup flour 000
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 / 2 cup corn daceite
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

- For the filling:

  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 can chopped hearts of palm girl
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can of drained beans yellow corn
  • 1 well of chopped green olives
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

- Preparation

Place all filling ingredients in a bowl, mix well, season to taste and set aside.
In another bowl place the flour together with baking powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Make a hole in the center, add oil, eggs and oregano, and begin to mix into a paste.

Integrate the filling ingredients to the previous preparation and integrate well.
Place mixture into a mold type Savarin, previously buttered and dusted with bread crumbs.

Bring to a preheated oven at moderate to warm temperature for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick to make the center comes out without adhesions.

Remove from oven, let cool, unmold and serve.
