Today we bring you a typical recipe from the beautiful city of Bilbao, Spain. Fried Hake is a simple dish really tasty and very well be part of any healthy diet. I hope you like it!

Hake

Hake is one of the most popular fish in the kitchen. Its flavor is relatively protagonist, without being too, so it can easily be combined with various fittings and flexible and versatile.

It is also known in various corners of the world as it is a marine fish of wide extension.

Hake is also a healthy food for the supply of iron, minerals and vitamins that make this fish an excellent choice to incorporate into any healthy diet.

The recipe: fried hake

Ingredients:

  • 800 g - 1 kg of fresh hake
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 or 2 lemons
  • 100 gr of flour
  • 200 ml of oil
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

First let's cut fillets of hake (from the side that is open already).

Season with salt to taste and pass through the flour (prepared in a bowl and simply pass over the fish). Flatten slightly with hands so that the flour is securely attached and sealed fillets. Stacked on the counter.

Heat oil in a skillet and a hot we see that the steaks for the eggs and threw them out into the pan (you'll want to make one or two at a time, but will stick and take down). Turn carefully so that you fry on all sides.

Once browned remove and can decorate with lemon. Serve hot.

It may be accompanied by salad or mashed potatoes.
