The role has been discovered in China in the year 105 AD during the reign of Emperor Hoti, from the Han Dynasty by Ts'ai Lun, Minister of Agriculture of the time. Ts'ai Lun invented the paper. Ts'ai Lun was the inventor of paper in China. The Chinese minister designed a pulp that could produce with the help of old rags, bark and crushed fragments. Since ancient times, many media have served as vehicles to convey thoughts, such as stone, wax or papyrus. The making of the first outlines of paper was very rough and it was done with a paste made from bamboo. Ts'ai Lun invented paper achieved thanks to have been devoted to observe the wasps. Ts'ai Lun imitated what he saw that the wasps were: wet pieces of bamboo in water and obtained a leaked liquid paste that after a sieve. Finally, let it dry in the sun. According to ancient legend, the invention of the hemp paper was made by Ts'ai Lun, a eunuch in the imperial court. To call the attention of the emperor, Ts'ai Lun posed as dead and ordered burned hemp paper around his coffin. Then he organized his own resurrection and attributed the power of his new invention. Since then, the Chinese tend to burn hemp paper at their funerals. For a long time, the Chinese zealously guarded the secret of papermaking. It was not until the fifth century of our era to be transmitted this wisdom to Japan, then spread to the Middle East and only then the invention could be transmitted China to Europe.
