After the initial reactions that led to the expectation that Ikea surprisingly announced its foray into the complicated world of consumer electronics with its new TV UPPLEVA Ikea , it seems that things are resuming to normal. Especially after the first analysis of the famous Swedish TV giant, have appeared in the pages of testing equipment. Ladies and gentlemen, the TV is a Truñó UPPLEVA Ikea .

What it is little disappointment. Perhaps this has the best UPPLEVA Swedish design, that its installation is super easy and makes you play with the coffee table, but in terms of image quality, performance, usability and installed applications, we are directly to a disaster. Yes with all the letters. That's exactly what you think the Swedish site analysis M3 , where they have already made one and will surely and returned.

And no wonder, since in the vernacular, the major flaws of the Ikea UPPLEVA be found at:

  • Incorrect white balance (the panel "turns" to red)
  • Image noise which also has low contrast
  • Very poor black levels. Even worse than the worst TV brand "bobby" that you can find
  • Interface and Menus horrifying: slow and out of memory for last position video
  • Among the applications there is no support for Flash.

Come on, what in Spain is said a Truñó. As you can see, the worst of it takes the panel, which apparently comes from the Chinese manufacturer TLC . The curious thing is that this manufacturer is responsible for many of the panels from Samsung, but it seems that there are categories and "categories" of panels. And it seems that the one chosen by Ikea, not that it is just the best. So you are warned: after you come with me not around: "is that I did not know" ...
