Maria Claudia de la Barra, the Peruvian financial newspaper management, interviewed me on Tuesday about the concepts that define the environment in which takes place every day business, and published yesterday titled " The companies have become a bidirectional radically environment ". A short phrase that largely many of the ideas we discussed:

"Marketing is relational and experiential. That is why the company has to think how to be more transparent, communicative and able to create more content for the surrounding environment sits on trust relationship. The inspiration is in human relations. "
