It is worth considering the amount of changed circumstances since, in early December 2009, we learned of the early stages of the introduction of what became known as "law Sinde," although at this point, after the departure of the Minister, the name has lost its meaning. It seems like yesterday, but have already spent two long years. The sequence of events over the past two years mark a line of trend, and should be taken into account when deciding on a law by now joins their many defects of form and substance, merit to be completely outdated. Evidence is accumulating. And I think it helps to review them all together to get an idea, so we ordered a chronology of events documented, and relevant news that we have lived since that time: - December 1, 2009: citizenship transcends a move to introduce the articles of the law of sustainable economy destined to final disposal sites can be closed by an administrative commission, without judicial oversight, under the guise of copyright . At the time there were at least ten reasons why the law Sinde was a complete nonsense . Now there are many more. More and more. With evidence, arguments, analysis, logic, comparative experiences of other countries. The minister Jose Ignacio Wert just access your portfolio, and it is the least valued by citizens . Does this make sense? Please bear in mind the recent evolution of events when legislating. Talk and straighten this mess.
