Yesterday turned to produce a case of fraud in the App Store due to a fraudulent application . The culprit: Pokémon Yellow, which has been removed from the App Store. Those who bought could see that did not match what was expected, since, among other things, did not respect the intellectual property of Nintendo.

The issue in these cases is how to get back the money they just pay. Luckily, Apple offers a system for resolving such situations, or other devices such as incompatibility with a particular application. In these cases we can take the following steps:

  1. Open iTunes, we access the App Store and we identify.
  2. Click on our account, top right, and go to "View directory" in the "Purchase History"
  3. We will see a list of our latest purchase. Under him is the "Report a problem".
  4. Once you press this button, you see that appears next to the latest applications purchased the "Report a problem". Should the application appear in "Purchases above", you have to click on the button before the name of the app and proceed the same way.
  5. We chose the problem from the list of options and we give "Continue". Ready

Normally, Apple typically takes several days or weeks to respond and let us know if you believe or not to return. The truth is that this could be saved if a test system introdujeses applications, even for a short period of time. Surely so we encouraged them to try more than one.
